FedEx ground is used for all shipments in the United States unless otherwise specified. USPS will be used when shipping to PO Boxes as well as to U.S. territories.
Returns
Items are guaranteed working with a 6 month replacement warranty unless they are already covered by a longer factory warranty.
All items are pretested, but in the case of an item being defective, a buyer may exchange for a working item. This does not cover improper use of items.
This is not an open return policy - its purpose is to exchange defective items under the 6 month replacement warranty.
