    Description

    Antique 1850-1890 Cast Iron Cigar Box Tool in excellent condition with most of original finish.  This is the "Swiss Army Knife" of openers with claw, hammer, hatchet, several pry tools and some configurations I can only guess their uses.
    This very intricate tool was cast in Iron with the only flaw being an underflow to one of the claws. It retains most of it's "gold/copper" wash.  Found in Peekskill, NY an important 19th C cast iron producing town in the lower Hudson Valley which may point to its origin.
