This listing is for a rather remarkable V cigar cutter that looks and acts like a pump. Just press the handle down and the cutter goes down past the openings, producing the V. There is a opening on 2 sides. 7 1/2" x 6 7/8" x 3". There is 4 felt spots on the base to prevent your surface from getting scratched. This is quite heavy at 2 lbs 12 oz. We have never run across another like it.

This listing is for a rather remarkable V cigar cutter that looks and acts like a pump.  Just press the handle down and the cutter goes down past the openings, producing the V.  There is a opening on 2 sides.  7 1/2" x 6 7/8" x 3".  There is 4 felt spots on the base to prevent your surface from getting scratched.  This is quite heavy at 2 lbs 12 oz.  We have never run across another like it.
PLEASE BE AWARE:
The USPS does not offer USPS Parcel Select shipping
anymore through eBay.  We will only ship via USPS due to package handling issues.  This will probably only affect larger heavier packages.  If something else can be worked out ahead of time, please advise, otherwise First Class and Priority are the only offered services we are willing to use.

Shipping international
:  All import fees are the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller.  If the item can be shipped via First Class International, I will be happy to do it, just remember their won't be a tracking # outside the U.S., therefore we have no idea if it is received or not, but the cost will be less and
we will no longer provide a refund
, if the package does not arrive, unless there is damage, which images
must
be provided, then we will work with you.  The buyer will be responsible for letting me know prior to payment or right after in the notes section, best would be before you receive my invoice.
Any item that is over .00
no matter what it is, will be sent Priority International, due to the loss of items that have disappeared.  If the item is over 0.00 a signature will be required as well.  This is due to the losses we have had from either the USPS or the postal service in the receiving nation.  If the buyer contacts us prior to the ending of the listing, perhaps we can work something else out, otherwise, that is how it stands, much to our regrets.

Terms of Sale
Payment is expected within 3 days of the date of the invoice that will be sent to you.  We do accept returns with these conditions.  First, you must contact us prior to returning an item and explain why you need to return it.  Second, shipping of the return item is the responsibility of the buyer, unless there is a damage issue.  Any item returned that is not in the same condition it was in when it was sent, will not receive a refund or replacement.  If there was an error in the listing that was our oversight, return costs will be reimbursed along with a full refund.  We will do our best to work with you to keep our customers happy.
