    A very nearly complete collection of plate blocks from 1990 through 2003, hingelessly mounted on Minkus album pages and housed in a generic 3 ring binder.  I can remove plate blocks from album and ship for much less should the winning bidder so choose.  Opening bid is a fraction of the face value.
