ELITE CEO COLIBRI Cigar Lighter and Guillotine Cutter (FOR PARTS) Will not work

Description

Absolute piece of trash.  It's dingy, the leather case is leeching onto the presentation case.  The lighter leaks from the bottom and although sparks will not light.  I presume it is absolute trash and will need to be destroyed.  Sold asis for parts.  No returns.
