early 1900s vintage cigar cutter National Selling Co Allentown PA

Description

This early 1900s vintage cigar cutter was made by the National Selling Co
of Allentown, PA.  All parts appear to be present and cutter operates, but
probably could use a little cleaning and oiling if it were to be used often.
Length of cut is not adjustable, there being a wooden stop nailed at
5 and a half inches.
Condition is "Used". Needs some light cleaning and oiling to be used
regularly.
