This sculpture is in excellent condition. This is a very unique piece. I couldn't find any similar to it. The figure appears to be metal and the base is some type of rock. There are no issues at all. I found the following information online:
Charlie was one of seven siblings, born Nov. 8, 1937 in Concho, Oklahoma to Oscar Noble Pratt (a Cheyenne Arapaho) and Anna Guerrier Pratt Shadlow (Cheyenne & Sioux). A noted Cheyenne storyteller, his mother was named 1987 National Indian Woman of the Year and 1991 Oklahoma Indian Mother of the Year."
Charlie was a very popular artist in his own right. He received many awards in his own right. His work is highly sought after.
